3. Safety and Reporting Obligations
3.1. Reporting Client Safety Concerns
- Therapists must immediately notify Auxylia if a client exhibits suicidal ideation, self-harm, or behavior that poses a safety risk.
- Clients experiencing such challenges must inform their therapist immediately.
3.2. Session Termination in Crisis Situations
- Auxylia is not designed for crisis intervention.
- If safety concerns arise, the client may not continue using Auxylia, and appropriate referrals will be made.
4. Terms Specific to Therapists
4.1. Registration and Membership
- Therapists must register on Auxylia to conduct sessions.
- Active membership with a recognized professional body (BACP, UKCP, NCS, BPS, or equivalent) is required.
- Therapists must notify Auxylia immediately if their professional membership status changes.
4.2. Payment Options
- Therapists may either:
- Pay for platform access through a subscription model.
- Allow clients to pay for sessions directly, in which case no subscription is required.
4.3. Therapist Responsibility & Session Structure
- Therapists are solely responsible for structuring their sessions (e.g., 45 or 50-minute sessions).
- Auxylia provides only the platform and insights and takes no responsibility for the content or structure of the therapy sessions.
- Client complaints about therapists must be directed to the therapist’s professional body.
4.4. Reporting and Compliance
- Therapists must adhere to ethical and professional standards and report safety concerns promptly.
- Auxylia reserves the right to suspend or terminate a therapist’s access for non-compliance.
4.5. Termination of Services
- Therapists can terminate their subscription at any time via the Auxylia homepage.
- Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.

5. Terms Specific to Clients
5.1. Registration
- Clients must register on Auxylia to access therapy sessions.
- By registering, clients consent to session transcription and secure storage of the transcript.
5.2. Payment Options
- Clients may either:
- Pay for sessions directly.
- Access the platform if their therapist covers the costs.
5.3. Safety and Disclosure
- Clients must inform their therapist immediately if experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm, or other safety concerns.
- Auxylia reserves the right to suspend or terminate client access if such risks are identified.
5.4. Session insights
- Clients will receive 500-word insights to aid in reflection and therapeutic progress.
- Insights are designed to reinforce key insights and guide meaningful growth between sessions.
5.5. Session Cancellations
- Clients may cancel sessions up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time.
- If a session is canceled in time, the credit will be returned to the client’s account.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session.
5.6. Termination of Services
- Clients can terminate their subscription at any time via the Auxylia homepage.
- Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
6. Intellectual Property

- All content, tools, and insights generated on Auxylia are the intellectual property of Auxylia Ltd.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

- AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or be misleading. Auxylia accepts no liability for any inaccuracies, omissions, or misleading statements arising from AI-generated insights.

- Auxylia is not liable for any misconduct, negligence, or malpractice by therapists using the platform.
- Auxylia is not responsible for session duration, content, or therapy style—these are determined by the therapist.
- Auxylia is not responsible for any damages arising from the misuse of the platform or therapeutic outcomes.
